What we collect

• Account — your email address and account settings.
• Billing — plan, order and payment records. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
• Usage — aggregate traffic volume per account and per node, used for quotas and billing.
• Security — IP address, sign-in history and a device identifier, used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.

What we don't collect

We do not log the websites you visit or the content of your traffic.

How we use it

To provide and bill the service, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and send essential service emails such as sign-in codes and plan notices.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the service — email delivery, payment processing, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and privacy-friendly analytics — or when required by law.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Traffic statistics and security logs are kept only as long as needed for billing, abuse prevention and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can access, correct or request deletion of your data at any time by opening a support ticket.
